Dr.Cutter Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method.

Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns beyond 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer

Non-returnable Items

  • Used health & personal care products

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted when:

  1. Items are damaged/missing parts due to non-manufacturer issues

  2. Items are not in original condition

  3. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

  1. Notification email sent upon receipt and inspection

  2. Approved refunds processed to original payment method within specified timeframe

If refund not received:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges
Exchanges only for:

  1. Defective/damaged items

  2. Reported within 72 hours of delivery

Gift Returns

  • Directly shipped gifts: Gift credit issued upon return

  • Indirect gifts: Refund issued to original purchaser

Return Shipping

  3. For items over $75, use trackable shipping/insurance

  4. Exchange delivery times vary by location
