【Usage Instructions】

What buyers need to know about tool selection and operation:

Before using the tool, check the tool runout. If the runout accuracy exceeds 0.01mm, correct it before cutting.

Keep the tool extension from the collet as short as possible. If a longer extension is necessary, reduce the speed, feed rate, or cutting volume.

If abnormal vibrations or noises occur during cutting, reduce the speed and feed rate until the situation improves.

For cooling, mist or air spray methods are recommended to enhance milling effectiveness.
