【Instructions for Use】
Information buyers need to know when selecting and operating the tool:
1. Before using the tool, check the tool runout. If the runout accuracy exceeds 0.01mm, correct it before proceeding with cutting.  
2. Keep the tool extension out of the collet as short as possible. If a longer extension is necessary, reduce the speed, feed rate, or depth of cut.  
3. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during cutting, reduce the speed and feed rate until the situation improves.  
4. For cooling steel, mist or air spray cooling is recommended, as it significantly enhances the milling tool’s performance.  
5. Cutting performance can be affected by the workpiece, machine, and software. The provided data are for reference only. Once the cutting process stabilizes, the feed rate can be increased by 30% to 50%.
